These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Life Admin AI (the "Service"), provided by Qorvex LLC. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're using the Service on behalf of a household or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that group to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. The Service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly permit account creation by anyone under this age.
Life Admin AI lets you upload documents, organize them by type, and track related tasks, priorities, due dates, and reminders. An optional AI feature can suggest a title, category, summary, and candidate tasks from a document you choose to analyze.
AI output is a suggestion, not a decision. Suggestions are generated automatically, are not reviewed by a human before being shown to you, and may be incomplete or wrong — including missed deadlines, mis-categorized documents, or incorrect amounts. Nothing generated by the Service is legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before relying on it, and for independently verifying dates, amounts, and obligations against the source document.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@getlifeadminai.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You retain all ownership rights to the documents, tasks, and other content you upload or create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for you, and — only when you affirmatively use the AI analysis feature on a specific document — to transmit that document's content to our AI subprocessor for the sole purpose of generating suggestions for you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to our data retention and backup practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not use Your Content to train our own or third-party general-purpose AI models, and we do not sell Your Content.
Certain features require a paid subscription ("Pro"), billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain Pro access until then.
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notice before it applies to your next billing cycle; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The Service relies on third-party subprocessors to operate — currently Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Anthropic (AI analysis, only for documents you submit to that feature), Stripe (payments), and Resend (reminder email delivery). Your use of the Service is also subject to interruptions or changes caused by these providers that are outside our control.
The Service's software, design, and branding are owned by Qorvex LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or underlying software beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us an unrestricted, royalty-free right to use them without obligation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED SUGGESTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QORVEX LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $50. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Qorvex LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, extended non-payment on a paid plan, or if required by law, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.
We may modify or discontinue features of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. We'll announce material changes in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect where practicable. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@getlifeadminai.com so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Qorvex LLC regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
